  • Electronic spare parts (e.g., batteries) cannot be returned once opened.

2. Eligible Products

  • Spare Parts: Movements, straps, dials, cases, etc.
  • Tools & Accessories: Watchmaking and repair tools if unused.
  • Complete Watches: Must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Return Procedure

  • Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
