- Electronic spare parts (e.g., batteries) cannot be returned once opened.
2. Eligible Products
- Spare Parts: Movements, straps, dials, cases, etc.
- Tools & Accessories: Watchmaking and repair tools if unused.
- Complete Watches: Must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Return Procedure

- Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
